How To Add And Create New Users In RingCentral
Please enjoy this guide we have made on how to create new users from the RingCentral Admin Portal.
From the Home Screen please click USERS.
Then choose ADD User on the upper right
Then choose what kind of user you need to add if the user needs digital line/ license to do inbound and outbound calls, please choose RingEx user (Message,Video,Phone)
On the next screen add the user information. Name, Last Name, Extension and email address.
Under setup options, please choose “Send Invite” so the user will receive an email invitation to set up their RingCentral account.
Then click on “Submit.” The user will receive an email invitation from RingCentral to set up their account.
