Certified RingCentral installer for commercial phone systems across the Southeast.
We sell, install, and support cloud phone systems from RingCentral, Weave, Dialpad, and Ooma for offices across the Southeast. Our crews handle the work a software handoff doesn't cover: porting numbers, running the cabling, mounting and configuring handsets, setting up E911 the way Kari's Law requires, and building the call flows your front desk actually needs.

Four platforms. Pick the one that fits your office.
We're a licensed low-voltage contractor, not a phone-only reseller. We will quote the platform that fits your office, not the one with the highest commission.
RingCentral
Enterprise cloud PBX
- Unlimited US calling, video meetings, and SMS on one license
- Auto-attendant, call queues, hunt groups, and HD desk phones
- Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and HubSpot integrations included
- Multi-site call routing for offices with more than one location
When this fits: 15+ users, multi-site, or you want one platform for voice, video, and messaging.
JHC is a Certified Delivery PartnerWeave
Healthcare practice communications

- Caller ID pulls patient history from your PMS on inbound calls

- AI coaching with live cue cards for new sales and support reps

When this fits: Small offices under 20 users, retail, or single-location businesses that want a working phone system without enterprise features they won't use.
From audit to working phones in 2 to 4 weeks.
No two offices are the same. We walk yours before we quote it, then handle every step of the cutover so your team isn't troubleshooting handsets on day one.
Audit
Site walk, count of users and rooms, review of your current carrier bill, and a check of the network and cabling. We find what you have before we sell you what you don't.
Recommend
One-page quote with the platform we'd pick for your office and why. Hardware, licenses, install labor, and ongoing support are all line-itemed. No surprise add-ons.
Port + Install
We submit the LOA to port your existing numbers, run any new cabling, mount and configure handsets, set up E911 location records, and build your call flows and voicemail boxes.
Train
On-site cutover day with a tech in the office. Front desk training, admin walkthrough, and a 30-day call-anytime support window so the small things don't become big things.
A licensed contractor handles what a remote VoIP company can't.
A 1-800 reseller can sell you the licenses. They can't walk your building, run the cable, or show up on cutover day. Here's what changes when your installer is also your low-voltage contractor.
We handle the cabling, too
New drops, patch panels, or a full Cat6 refresh, all on the same scope of work as your phone install. One vendor, one PO, one warranty.
E911 done the way Kari's Law requires
Federal law requires 911 calls from a multi-line office to dial out without a prefix and route to the right address. We configure per-handset E911 records so dispatch gets the actual location, not just the main office.
A real crew on site for cutover
Our techs unbox the handsets, mount them on the desks, configure each MAC address, and stay through the morning your team starts using them. No "we'll ship the phones, good luck."
Bundle with cameras, access, or AV
If you're already replacing the phone system, you're often a year or two from needing cameras, door access, or a conference-room upgrade. We can scope all of it now and phase the work.
Things buyers ask before signing a quote.
Are you actually a RingCentral partner, or just a reseller?
Certified Delivery Partner. That means RingCentral has trained our team on the platform, vetted our install process, and pays us to handle the deployment end-to-end. We're paid by them on top of the license, so your pricing is the same whether you buy direct or through us.
Can you port our existing numbers?
Yes. Main line, DIDs, fax lines, and toll-free all port. Most ports complete in 7 to 14 business days. We submit the LOA on your behalf and keep your old system live until the new one is ready to take calls, so you don't lose a business day.
What happens with E911?
We configure E911 location records for every handset before cutover. Each phone reports its own desk location to dispatch, not just the main office address. This is required by Kari's Law and RAY BAUM's Act for multi-line systems, and skipping it is the #1 thing remote VoIP installs get wrong.
Do we need new handsets?
Usually yes for older offices, sometimes no. If you have Polycom, Yealink, or Cisco IP phones from the last 5 years, most of them can re-provision to the new platform. We check during the site walk and only quote replacements where they're actually needed.
Can you handle multiple locations?
Yes. We're licensed in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina, so we can deploy and support offices across the Southeast on one contract. For single-vendor multi-site deployments, RingCentral is usually the platform we lead with.
Ready for a quote on your office?
Tell us how many users, where you're located, and what's wrong with the current setup. We'll have a quote back in 2 business days.
