Walk the room

We walk the property, measure the spaces, listen to the existing ambient noise, and figure out what the room actually needs.

Spec the gear

We spec the speakers, amps, displays, microphones, and source equipment. You get a fixed-bid quote with line items, not a parts list to figure out yourself.

Install & tune

Crew pulls cable, mounts the hardware, programs the source gear, and tunes the system in the actual room. We test every zone before the truck leaves.

Train the user

We sit with the manager, walk the app and the source switching, and leave a written cheat sheet so the next hire is not lost on day one.

Frequently asked questions

Can you do a multi-room Sonos install?

Yes. Sonos Commercial is built for multi-zone audio, and most of our Sonos installs are multi-room from day one. We spec the amps and speakers per zone, set up the Sonos Commercial account with the right business music licensing, and configure volume caps and schedules so each zone runs the way the manager wants. The app stays the same, and your staff already knows it.

Do you sell DirecTV for restaurants?

Yes. We are a DirecTV authorized seller for commercial accounts and we set up restaurants, sports bars, hotels, and waiting rooms. That includes picking the right programming tier (sports packages are billed differently for commercial venues), installing the receiver count the property needs, and running the cable to every display in the venue.

What about projector and screen install?

Yes. Projectors are still the right answer for big rooms. Training rooms, all-hands spaces, and large conference rooms where a flat-panel display does not cover the back row. We install ceiling-mounted projectors, fixed and motorized screens, and the HDMI or HDBaseT cabling to drive them, with control integration for the room's switcher.

Can you wire microphones for a conference room?

Yes, and the right mic depends on the room. Ceiling array microphones cover the whole room with no clutter on the table. Tabletop boundary mics give better intelligibility in a noisy office. We handle the wiring, the DSP for echo cancellation, and the integration with Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, or Google Meet hardware so the call quality matches the room.

Do you support after the install?

Yes. JHC offers ongoing support for every AV install we do. When a speaker zone drops, the conference room mic stops, or the DirecTV box quits, we come back. Most issues are resolved on a same-week service call. Repeat clients get pre-scheduled annual tune-ups so the system stays in the shape we left it.
