Card readers and credentials
Prox, smart-card, and mobile (Bluetooth or NFC) credentials at each door. Mobile credentials remove the lost-card overhead and integrate with most modern platforms.
Controllers and door hardware
Door controllers wired to maglocks, strikes, request-to-exit sensors, and door-position switches, with fail-safe or fail-secure picked correctly for the egress code.
Cloud or on-prem management
Cloud-hosted management for small to mid-size systems with monthly billing, or on-prem appliance for larger portfolios that want their data on site. You choose.
Intercoms and door entry
Audio and video intercoms at front entries and gates, with calls routing to a phone, an app, or a front desk depending on the building.
Integrations
Tie-ins with camera systems so a swipe records a clip, with HR systems so a termination revokes a card automatically, with elevator destination dispatch where applicable.
Admin training and documentation
A printed door map, a credentials template, and a sit-down with the building admin so they can run the system the day we leave.

FAQ
Common questions
What brands of reader do you install?
We install several commercial-grade access-control platforms. Selection depends on whether you want cloud or on-prem, whether you need mobile credentials, and how many doors are in scope. We recommend the right one for your building.
Can mobile credentials replace cards?
For most buildings, yes. Mobile credentials use your employees existing phone with a Bluetooth or NFC handshake. Some users still get a card as a backup, but mobile becomes the primary.
How does egress work in a fire?
Doors with electrified hardware are spec'd so they release on a fire-panel signal or loss of power, depending on the door's role in the egress plan. We confirm the egress spec with the AHJ or fire marshal where required.
Can you tie access into our HR system?
For some HR platforms, yes. We confirm integration capability up front. If a real-time tie-in is not possible, we set up a process so termination triggers a credential revoke the same day.
What happens if the cloud goes down?
Cloud-managed controllers keep local credentials cached so doors keep working through a cloud outage. Changes (add or revoke a user) are what would be delayed, not normal day-to-day badge entry.
