Explore POTS replacementThe reasons clients stay
We have been doing low-voltage work in Metro Atlanta since 2022. It comes down to a few simple things.
One contractor, one standard
The same crew lead, the same labeling scheme, and the same documentation at every site. For a company with locations across Marietta and the metro area, that consistency is the difference between a network your IT team can manage and one they cannot.
We document everything
Every cable run is labeled and every termination is tested, and the as-built documentation is yours to keep. When something needs attention two years from now, your IT team can find the run instead of guessing.
We respect occupied space
Most of our Marietta jobs happen in buildings full of working people. We schedule around your operation, protect finishes, and clean up at the end of every day.
We give straight answers
If a cheaper approach is going to cause problems down the road, we tell you before you spend the money, not after. We would rather lose a job than put our name on work we know will not hold up.
The buildings we wire in Marietta
Marietta is the county seat of Cobb County and one of the largest commercial markets along the I-75 corridor northwest of Atlanta. The city stretches from the historic Marietta Square out through the Cumberland area near I-285, covering office parks, mid-size industrial space, medical facilities, and retail centers that depend on reliable low-voltage infrastructure.
Single and multi-tenant office buildings
Storefronts, centers, and mixed-use space
Practices, clinics, and specialty offices
Light-industrial and flex-space buildings
Multi-tenant portfolios under one manager
Campuses, churches, and community facilities

You get a written scope and a real price. No vague ranges. If a project has options, we lay them out so you can decide what fits the budget and timeline.
Installation
Our crew does the work, scheduled around your operation. Every run is labeled, every device mounted clean, and the site left orderly at the end of each day.
Testing & documentation
We test the cabling, verify every system works, and hand you the documentation. Every location in a rollout gets the same package.
Questions Marietta businesses ask us
Does Justin Hall Consulting serve Marietta?+
Yes. Marietta is part of our core Metro Atlanta service area. As a state-licensed contractor we work throughout Georgia, and we are also licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
Do you handle multi-location businesses?+
Yes. Multi-site work is one of our core strengths. We install the same cabling standard, labeling scheme, and documentation at every location, with one point of contact for the whole portfolio.
Can you install cabling in an occupied office building?+
Yes. Most of our Marietta projects happen in buildings full of working people. We schedule around your hours where needed, protect finishes, and clean up daily.
Is Justin Hall Consulting licensed and insured?+
Yes. We hold a state low-voltage license and carry full insurance. Our license covers work throughout Georgia, and we are also licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
My building still has copper phone lines. Should I replace them?+
If those lines support elevator phones, gate intercoms, or alarm panels, replacing them is usually worth it. Carriers are retiring copper, and the lines that remain cost far more than they used to. Our POTS replacement service uses dual-pathway devices that keep working even if one network path fails.
How do I get started?+
Request a free site audit. We will visit your building, assess what you have, and give you a written scope and a real price. There is no cost and no obligation for the audit.

Marietta's Industrial Conversions and Cobb County Corporate Parks
Marietta's commercial building inventory spans more eras than most cities its size. The blocks around Marietta Square include late-1800s and early-1900s commercial buildings, some of which have been in continuous commercial use since Lockheed's wartime production era transformed the city in the 1940s. Those older buildings near the Square have brick construction, plaster walls, and limited conduit pathways. The industrial conversions that followed, the light-manufacturing and warehouse buildings in the Roswell Street and Cobb Parkway corridors, have a generation of cabling infrastructure installed during the 1980s and 1990s that is now well past its service life.
North of the Square, the commercial development along Barrett Parkway and the Town Center area represents the newer, conventional construction: class-B office buildings, retail centers, and the mixed-use projects that have gone in around Town Center Mall. These buildings have standard structured wiring infrastructure and are straightforward from a cabling standpoint.
Permits for commercial work in the City of Marietta run through the Community Development Department. Cobb County handles permits for properties in the unincorporated county areas that share the Marietta postal code, including a significant portion of the commercial development along Barrett Parkway. The Cobb County Fire and Emergency Services Department is the AHJ for fire-alarm and life-safety systems across most of this area. We have completed Cat6 upgrade projects at industrial-conversion buildings off Roswell Street, camera systems at commercial properties near Dobbins Air Reserve Base, and POTS replacement projects at small businesses around the Square. Marietta is 20 miles northwest of Atlanta on I-75, and our crew can mobilize there in under 35 minutes from our Atlanta dispatch point.
