Explore POTS replacementThe reasons clients stay
We have been doing low-voltage work in Metro Atlanta since 2022. It comes down to a few simple things.
One contractor, one standard
The same crew lead, the same labeling scheme, and the same documentation at every site. For a company with locations across Roswell and the metro area, that consistency is the difference between a network your IT team can manage and one they cannot.
We document everything
Every cable run is labeled and every termination is tested, and the as-built documentation is yours to keep. When something needs attention two years from now, your IT team can find the run instead of guessing.
We respect occupied space
Most of our Roswell jobs happen in buildings full of working people. We schedule around your operation, protect finishes, and clean up at the end of every day.
We give straight answers
If a cheaper approach is going to cause problems down the road, we tell you before you spend the money, not after. We would rather lose a job than put our name on work we know will not hold up.
The buildings we wire in Roswell
Roswell sits in north Fulton County along the GA-400 corridor. The city mixes a walkable historic district with a large base of office parks, medical campuses, and light-industrial buildings along Holcomb Bridge Road and the 400 interchange. That mix means low-voltage work ranges from small professional suites to multi-building campuses.
Single and multi-tenant office buildings
Storefronts, centers, and mixed-use space
Practices, clinics, and specialty offices
Light-industrial and flex-space buildings
Multi-tenant portfolios under one manager
Campuses, churches, and community facilities

Free site audit
We come to your building, look at what is there, and listen to what you are trying to solve. For multi-site work, we audit a representative location and build a plan that scales.
Scope and quote
You get a written scope and a real price. No vague ranges. If a project has options, we lay them out so you can decide what fits the budget and timeline.
Installation
Our crew does the work, scheduled around your operation. Every run is labeled, every device mounted clean, and the site left orderly at the end of each day.
Testing & documentation
We test the cabling, verify every system works, and hand you the documentation. Every location in a rollout gets the same package.
Questions Roswell businesses ask us
Does Justin Hall Consulting serve Roswell?+
Yes. Roswell is part of our core Metro Atlanta service area. As a state-licensed contractor we work throughout Georgia, and we are also licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
Do you handle multi-location businesses?+
Yes. Multi-site work is one of our core strengths. We install the same cabling standard, labeling scheme, and documentation at every location, with one point of contact for the whole portfolio.
Can you install cabling in an occupied office building?+
Yes. Most of our Roswell projects happen in buildings full of working people. We schedule around your hours where needed, protect finishes, and clean up daily.
Is Justin Hall Consulting licensed and insured?+
Yes. We hold a state low-voltage license and carry full insurance. Our license covers work throughout Georgia, and we are also licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
My building still has copper phone lines. Should I replace them?+
If those lines support elevator phones, gate intercoms, or alarm panels, replacing them is usually worth it. Carriers are retiring copper, and the lines that remain cost far more than they used to. Our POTS replacement service uses dual-pathway devices that keep working even if one network path fails.
How do I get started?+
Request a free site audit. We will visit your building, assess what you have, and give you a written scope and a real price. There is no cost and no obligation for the audit.

Roswell's Historic District and the GA-400 Office Corridor
Roswell has two commercial characters. The Canton Street area and the blocks around Roswell City Hall include 19th-century and early-20th-century commercial buildings that present the same kind of cabling challenges as any historic downtown: masonry walls, limited conduit, and finishes that need to be protected during work. The difference from a pure-historic-district like Charleston is scale: Roswell's historic commercial strip is compact, and the buildings are smaller, which makes projects faster to complete even with the additional complexity of historic finishes.
The second commercial character is the Alpharetta Road and GA-400 corridor that runs through Roswell, where class-B office parks, medical office buildings, and light-industrial facilities from the 1990s and 2000s represent the bulk of the commercial square footage. These buildings are conventional from a low-voltage standpoint: they have data closets, cable trays, and the structured cabling infrastructure that was standard in that era, now due for a Cat6 upgrade cycle.
Permits in Roswell run through the City of Roswell Development Services Department. The Roswell Fire Department is the AHJ for fire-alarm and life-safety integration within the city. For commercial properties in Fulton County outside the Roswell city limits, the Fulton County Environment and Community Development department handles permitting. We have completed Cat6 upgrade projects at medical office buildings on Holcomb Bridge Road, access-control installations at class-B office parks in the Alpharetta Road corridor, and camera system retrofits at light-industrial buildings near the Roswell crossroads area. Roswell is 25 miles north of Atlanta on GA-400, and we schedule it in combination with Alpharetta projects regularly.
