Justin Hall

Founder & Lead Consultant

Justin Hall Consulting

Justin Hall is a systems-driven entrepreneur and operator with a career that spans manufacturing floors, broadcast studios, and fast-scaling service businesses. As the founder of Justin Hall Consulting, he helps small and mid-sized companies get their operations, technology, and teams aligned so they can scale with speed and clarity.

Justin’s journey began not in tech, but on the radio, as an on-air DJ known for sharp wit and smooth execution. He went on to lead operations at companies across industries, including medical device refurbishment, mattress machinery manufacturing, and semiconductor equipment refurbishment and reselling. At Carwash Services of the Southeast, he managed a team across sales, logistics, and supply chain for a regional distributor serving car wash operators. At Clear Choice, he cut his teeth in telecom and low-voltage installs, gaining firsthand knowledge of VoIP, network infrastructure, and customer-facing service delivery.

What ties it all together? Execution. Whether managing inventory across four departments, building inside sales teams, launching product lines, or troubleshooting field installs, Justin has always been the one who makes systems work.

At Justin Hall Consulting, he focuses on the physical backbone of modern businesses. His team designs and deploys the structured cabling, Wi-Fi infrastructure, surveillance, and access control systems that internal IT teams rely on but typically do not manage themselves. When clients need deeper technical expertise, Justin brings in his ExpertLink network of subject matter experts to support advanced cloud, security, and integration needs. JHC works alongside IT departments to extend their capabilities without adding complexity.

Justin commutes regularly between Atlanta and coastal project sites from Charleston to North Florida. He is a season ticket holder for Atlanta United, a proud Georgia Bulldogs booster, and can be found in Athens most fall Saturdays.
