Justin Hall Consulting Names Steve Yazell as Chief Revenue Officer

Justin Hall Consulting today announced the appointment of Steve Yazell as Chief Revenue Officer, marking a significant milestone for the Southeast’s one-call partner for structured cabling, security, telecom & mobile, and AI advisory services. After more than a year of mentoring the team and securing the company’s largest client engagements, Yazell transitions from his consulting and coaching role to lead all revenue operations, effective September 8, 2025.

Strengthening “We Construct Business Technology” Mission

Yazell’s appointment as CRO reinforces JHC’s core mission: helping small and medium-sized businesses simplify technology decisions, reduce costs, and scale across multiple locations. His two decades leading enterprise growth at AT&T, Spectrum Enterprise, and AI platform company Zinier directly aligns with JHC’s comprehensive service portfolio spanning infrastructure, security, communications, and AI advisory.

“Steve’s background perfectly complements our ‘We Construct Business Technology’ approach,” said Justin Hall. “He’s scaled the exact solutions we deliver – from structured cabling and security systems to AI implementation – which means he understands how to make technology rollouts painless, scalable, and future-proof.”

Proven Experience Across JHC’s Core Service Areas

Yazell brings extensive revenue leadership across JHC’s four core service areas. His telecom and infrastructure experience at BellSouth, AT&T, tw telecom, and FiberLight spans structured cabling, fiber optics, and network design. His enterprise role at Spectrum Enterprise involved security systems and access control implementations. Most recently, his work with AI company Zinier provides hands-on experience with the emerging AI tools JHC helps clients evaluate and implement.

Having co-founded a systems integrator serving SMBs, Yazell understands the operational realities of coordinating in-house technicians, managing vendor relationships, and delivering solutions without the confusion of multiple providers – exactly JHC’s value proposition.

Atlanta-Based Leadership for National Growth

Based in downtown Atlanta, Yazell strengthens JHC’s Southeast regional foundation while driving national expansion. His extensive connections across enterprise technology vendors complement JHC’s ExpertLink network and access to more than 1,000 carriers and vendors, ensuring clients receive solutions that match their exact needs regardless of location or scale.

“Whether you’re upgrading a single office or rolling out technology across multiple sites, the challenge is the same: you need someone who’s actually done it before,” Yazell noted. “JHC’s combination of in-house technical capabilities and strategic vendor relationships is exactly what multi-location businesses need to scale without complexity.”

Expanding One-Call Partner Capabilities

As CRO, Yazell will focus on expanding JHC’s ability to serve as the definitive one-call partner for distributed business technology needs. His role encompasses the full spectrum of JHC’s services – from structured cabling and security systems to VoIP implementations and AI advisory – ensuring clients receive comprehensive solutions delivered with speed and precision.

The appointment signals JHC’s commitment to growth while maintaining its core positioning: making technology implementation painless, scalable, and future-proof for businesses managing multiple locations.

Yazell holds degrees from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Georgia State University. He serves on boards of several Atlanta-based nonprofit organizations focused on neighborhood development and economic inclusion.
