If you want to see user’s phone availability, you’ll need to set the extensions up for who you want to see with the app. This will show it on the HUD screen in the app, and on your hard phone display.

Here are the steps:

Step 1: Go to the phone tab

Step 2: Click the HUD button (stand for Head’s Up Display)

Step 3: Hit the add extension button.

Step 4: Type in the name of anyone’s extension you would like to be able to see, and

This is what it will look like below. They will be listed here and on your phone’s main display. You can drag the order around to make it look the way you want.
